Orders placed through Once Upon a Spine are offers to purchase and may be reviewed before fulfillment. Supplier availability is confirmed before vendor submission.

An order may be delayed, canceled, or refunded because of supplier availability, payment review, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or suspected misuse.

The store does not store full card data. Stripe handles payment data and may apply additional payment terms.
