Once Upon a Spine collects information needed to operate the bookstore, including checkout details, contact form submissions, newsletter preferences, and order fulfillment records.

The store may process checkout, email, hosting, database, and operational data through providers such as Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Supabase, and approved fulfillment partners.

Payment card data is handled by Stripe. Once Upon a Spine does not store full card numbers.

Marketing email is consent-based and separate from transactional order updates. Customers can request support or data questions through the contact page.
