Once Upon a Spine launches as an online-only bookstore using third-party supplier fulfillment. Supplier availability is checked before an order is submitted for fulfillment.

Estimated shipping windows are provided in good faith and may change after supplier review. If a title is delayed or unavailable, we will contact the customer with the available options.

Split shipments may occur when suppliers fulfill items separately. Tracking information is sent when it becomes available.
